You receive a two-year warranty against defects in manufacture on all new goods purchased in our stores or in our webshop – used goods and consumables/wear parts are naturally excluded.
For Pioneer products we can, due to the manufacturer's conditions, only offer the statutory minimum warranty of one year.
If, despite the careful quality controls by manufacturers, suppliers and ourselves, problems should occur with a product, we'll of course take care as quickly as possible to have the defect remedied. So don't hesitate to contact our service immediately as soon as you notice any discrepancies with an item. Of course, in addition to the warranty you also have options for cancellation, exchange & returns within certain periods. And if you – whether purchased from us or elsewhere – have trouble with the proper functioning of your instrument, we'll certainly find a solution for that, too.
To register a warranty claim, we ask you to submit an application in our returns portal. You'll need your customer and receipt number. You can find these on your delivery note or in our confirmation emails to you. Please have them ready.
